Please note, we’re not a book subscription box – the monthly book is not included in your membership!

It would be impossible to run the club in its current capacity without our wonderful paying members. We have running costs for all the administrative and logistical sides, and we have a small team who are paid fairly for their time and skills. It also allows us to run all the brilliant events, which are exclusive to the club, and included in the membership, but would cost you otherwise.

Not at all! Our events are available to all members, some members like to join in with everything, others prefer to dip in and out depending on what they want to do! Everything we do is really relaxed and low-pressure

This is something we have chosen to pause for now.

The book club chat is held each month on the Sunday at 10am (UK) on Facebook. We’ve found this is the best way to allow so many people to join in, it’s always really engaging and sociable, but very relaxed! It runs for around an hour, we share the questions and always end up having the most amazing discussions! You can catch up at your leisure if the time doesn’t suit.

A Facebook page is pretty essential, but it doesn’t have to be your personal page! Lots of members have created an account purely for the book club – you can just view it as creating a login for a forum.
